Return Policy

Due to the fact, that we are dealing with Ayurvedic products, we at Infinite Herbal Solutions Pvt Ltd hereinafter referred as IHS, follow a no Return or Exchange policy. However, returns are allowed in the following conditions:

1. In case of damaged or defective products: Rest assured, if upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition, you just need to notify our Customer Care Team at+91 8295873053or email at support@ihs-global.com with supporting proof (Picture of the product received) within 24 hours of delivery . After necessary verification, we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.

2. In case of different product dispatched: If upon delivery of the product, you discover a different product you need to notify our Customer Care Team at+91 8295873053 or email us at support@ihs-global.com with supporting proof (Picture of the Product received) within 24 hours of delivery. We will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The product should be returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt in an unused, undamaged condition.

If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Return and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Infinite Herbal Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Refund will only be processed if the damaged or wrong item delivered is in unused condition.

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis.

Once your return/refund has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges/duties and tax if any are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Order

A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order been dispatched by reaching our Customer Support at +91 8295873053 or placing a request on our website: www.ihs-global.com.

Please note: Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be canceled

If the order has been successfully canceled, a refund will reflect in your bank account or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For all prepaid orders, there will be a deduction of the base fee charged from us by the payment processing merchant and the remaining amount will be refunded.
